Knowledge and familiarity with data mining technology, intelligence tracking, data collection & analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, statistical & business intelligence tools and techniques. Experience in applying complex BI/statistics projects to business environment. Experience with the creation and implementation of multidimensional modeling techniques, analytical processes, metrics & measurement.
Incumbent must work closely with members of Marketing, MIS and Operations on data preparation, data warehousing and the implementation of strategic property optimization plans.
The incumbent also provides ad-hoc project analysis as requested by senior management Manages and proposes marketing research projects, research data (qualitative, quantitative, and data from secondary sources), report findings, and prepare insightful and actionable recommendations. Under the supervision of the Vice President of Analysis & Planning, the incumbent is responsible for staff training and manages & directs the activities of all the various levels of marketing analysts.
